giving Back

We love giving back and having fun!

BALI hosts an annual golf tournament bringing together alumni, students, athletes and construction professionals to benefit Cal Poly San Luis Obispo’s Athletics and Construction Management departments.

We’ve also donated time and materials to the Cal Poly football program, including building and donating cabinets for the team’s locker room.

BALI offers a fantastic internship program that helps create the next generation of dedicated construction professionals. Each summer, we hire interns majoring in construction management, offering hands-on experience and professional development.
